On 25 September, our students stepped outside the school gates and into the neighbourhood for Pearson Edexcel Volunteer Day. 🧤🌱
Working together, they took part in a community clean-up, helping to care for the environment around them and make a positive difference to the community they are part of.
For us, the day was about more than cleaning up. It gave our students the opportunity to practise teamwork, responsibility, empathy and confidence in a real-life setting. They saw first-hand that contributing to your community can start with something as simple as picking up a piece of litter and choosing to help.
It was a meaningful day of getting involved, working together and learning that we all have a part to play in keeping our communities clean and cared for.
